How to Protect Heritage Trees

As “trees make for healthier and happier communities and play an important role in our ecosystems (Forest Ontario)”, all trees need to be carefully taken care of, especially

Heritage trees.

You can do many things about it:

  • Discover Heritage Trees and nominate them to Ontario Forest’s Heritage Tree Program

  • Volunteering with the conservative organization and in local conservation areas

  • Join events for protecting Heritage Trees

  • Get more information about government initiatives, community programs & what you alone can do for trees.

  • Learning knowledge about trees and knowing how to care for trees

There is a series of Videos about trees' life, which were created by TED-Ed and shown on Youtube. We recommend it to you if you hope to know more about trees.
